ONE GRAND RESEAL CLEANER restores faded, oxidized finishes to their original lustre. This product is designed to be used on single stage solid or metallic colors. By this we mean, painted surfaces that do not have clear coats over a base color or clear coats over a base color and layers of pearls or tint base clears. Single stage paints can be identified with an easy test: Take a polishing cloth and with a small amount of non abrasive cleaner or polish such as ONE GRAND OMEGA GLAZE or SPECIAL TOUCH rub an affected area with the product and buff firmly. Turn your cloth over and look at the surface of the cloth you were polishing with. If you see residue on the cloth that matches the color of your surface you have a single stage paint. If you see a whiteish residue or somewhat opaque residue that matches the color of the product you are using, chances are you have a clear coated surface. Once the surface has been identified as an oxidized single stage you can use RESEAL CLEANER to fully remove all oxidation and completely prepare the surface for polishing with OMEGA GLAZE and BLITZ WAX. If you have a finish that appears like it needs to be painted and there is paint there to work with, ONE GRAND RESEAL CLEANER in most cases will restore the surface and substantially prolong the life of the surface avoiding a repaint for several years. |
